This Flogger has sturdy feel to it, but it also feels light in your hand.  It gives good sensation when dragged across bare skin and can deliver a pretty good sting when used for its intended purpose.

It’s tacky to the touch like the spray paint never finish dry properly. And the edges are curled so it doesn’t even make good contact.
